I moved to New York City to pursue a performance career and while I still enjoy dancing through the city, I have fallen in love with helping people discover movement within their own bodies. As a pilates practitioner, I focus on functional movement, proper alignment, and techniques to build core strength. I also specialize in prenatal, postpartum, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Through my experience as a dancer and a pilates practitioner over the last 10 years, movement should feel good. No matter what limitations you may have, there is always a way to move mindfully.
